Hong Kong’s only travel fair, ITE & ITE MICE draws in 2009 some 600 exhibitors, many in official pavilions by tourism authorities, from nearly 50 countries and regions from Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East; and occupies 16000 SQM, a small increase over the pervious year. Some 80% of our exhibitors are from outside Hong Kong.
ITE & ITE MICE 2009 was attended by 11240 trade and corporate visitors with 75% from Hong Kong, 25% from mainland China and other parts of Asia; and 64400 public visitors. Our Expo therefore offers an effective platform to cover important markets in Asia.
In recent years, we have been staging in our travel expo the < Wellness & Medical Tourism Pavilion>; a to better promote cruise travel; and the etc.
