The primary focus of the workshop is to enhance or/and recognise negotiation skills from participants using exercises and practical tools. The 'Negotiation Tools’ workshop is essential for anyone who need to explore more resources and recognise their negotiation skills, persuade and influence others, resolve disputes, develop better business relationships and gain the competitive edge. Practical tools such as persuasion and formulating questions will be utilised at various levels. The workshop is limited to 12 participants, so early registration is strongly recommended.
